Meet Sarah

Hello! My name is Sarah and I am the director and certified Occupational Therapist of Play Grow Thrive. 
 

I am a passionate Occupational Therapist, helping children grow and reach their full potential. I truly believe every child deserves the right support, encouragement, and opportunities to meet their individual developmental needs. Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel confident and valued is at the heart of what I do.

I love supporting their emotional, physical, and cognitive growth and watching them build confidence as they learn and develop. 
 

I’m also a proud mum to a one-year-old, which has deepened my understanding of just how important those early years are. I love spending quality time with my family, and being a parent has strengthened my passion for supporting other families too.

Having lived on the peninsula my whole life, I feel strongly connected to my community. I started my business to give back and provide local families with genuine, caring support to help their children thrive.
