Nurturing growth through play

Helping children aged 2-8 years old build the skills to play, learn & thrive in everyday life.

At Play Grow Thrive, we provide warm, personalised occupational therapy support to help children build the skills, confidence, and independence they need to thrive in everyday life along the Mornington Peninsula.

Through play-based, child-led therapy, we nurture each child’s emotional, physical, and developmental growth in a safe and engaging environment.

We believe every child is unique, and we’re here to support not only the child, but the whole family, with care, understanding, and genuine connection.
